In light of the recent events, we have issued a recall for a number of different devices within our OrganJar, BrainDish, and NanoNeurons consumer product lines. This page contains information only about consumer product recalls or reimbursements. For information regarding reimbursement issued for commercial products such as but not limited to NeuroHeal, AirHead and NeuroSecure, please visit Commercial Recalls.
In order to figure out if your device is eligible for replacement, please check the device serial on the underside of the device, and organoid identifier in the software for OrganJar products.
If the last 4 digits of your products serial number is 0224 or the last 5 digits are 5-0124 through 9-0124, and it is an OrganJar or BrainDish product, you are eligible for a full replacement of the device, including any organoids for an OrganJar product.
If your organoid has an identifier beginning with FT5 through FT7, or a date code after January 18th 2124, you are eligible for a replacement organoid, but may not be eligible for a new device.
If you have a NanoNeurons device with a serial number beginning in FT1 through FT7, you are eligible for a full replacement of the system.
All support tickets for refund, replacement, or reimbursement must be opened prior to the end of January of 2125. Any tickets made after this may or may not be fulfilled.
